Start by choosing the size of your portrait — rectangular or square. If you're unsure, I can recommend the best format based on your reference photos. Also consider where it will be displayed: size matters.
I’ll always confirm the details before starting. If you change your mind about the size after booking, no problem — just let me know as soon as possible so I can adjust accordingly.

Photo Guidelines for Your Portrait
Please send a high-quality headshot of your pet, ideally taken in natural light (near a window or outdoors, avoiding direct sunlight). The photo should clearly show your pet’s eyes and capture their personality through expression or posture.
I’ll work from one main photo, but sending a few extra helps me better understand your pet’s character. If you're unsure about the quality, feel free to email me your images — I’ll be happy to advise.
Holding a treat near the camera can help get their attention.
If your pet has passed away, don’t worry — I’ll do my best with the photos you have.
Important: Please send original images, not screenshots or cropped photos.

Example
Book your Portrait
Once you've decided on the portrait size, the next step is to get in touch with me. Based on current commissions, I’ll be able to give you an estimated timeline — so please keep that in mind if you need the portrait by a specific date.
To secure a spot on my waiting list, I require a non-refundable 20% deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost.
Once the details are confirmed, I’ll send you an invoice for the deposit.
I’ll reach out shortly before starting your portrait to confirm the size and reference photo, and I’ll let you know once I’ve begun.
Progress Photo
You can choose to see progress photos while I work, or wait and see the finished portrait once it's done.
The time needed to complete the drawing depends on the size of the portrait.
Final Portrait and Payment
Once your pet portrait is complete, I will send you a selection of high-quality photographs. The artwork will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed, stamped, and dated.
The final payment may then be processed.
Package and Delivery
International shipping available.
Regarding packaging, I offer this options:
Postal Tube – The drawing will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a postal tube.
This option has an additional cost of:

- €15 (International)
All national and international deliveries will be tracked.
